Lisbon Prime Aparts (the "LPA") Policy

LISBON PRIME APARTS POLICIES

Check-in after 8pm till 00:00 is possible but has an extra cost of €20.

 

RESERVATION POLICY
For a refund of the prepayment, the cancellation must be made up to 15 full days prior to check in. 

If the guest cancels the booking less than 15 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded. 

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, canceled nights will be reimbursed at 50% of value. 

Change of dates, apartment or any other changes are subject to availability, being subordinate to the repayment terms. That is, for example, if there is a change of a booking less than 7 days and if there is no availability, there will be no refund.

When booking online, there applies a mandatory prepayment of a minimum of 50 % of the total price of the reservation by Paypal or bank transfer (each reservation is valid up to 24 hours and the respective transfer should be justified by e-mail to reservations@lisbonprimeparts.com with the booking ID. After the validation of reservation, a confirmation message will be sent to the guest).
 

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

Each guest must be 21 years or older with valid identification to book and check into the hotel.

Up to 2 children of the principal guest under 12 years old are free of charge.

Baby cot is available upon request.

 

 

EVENT POLICY

The LPA has a no event/no partying policy. This means that any gathering over the allowed occupancy per room is not allowed. Inquiries about opportunities for possible events must be specifically coordinated with the management in advance. In addition, The Lisbon Prime Aparts reserves the right to enforce special event policies and pricing over high demand dates such as some holidays, sporting events, annual festivals, or other citywide events.

 

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY

The Lisbon Prime Aparts is not in any way responsible for any stolen, missing, damaged or otherwise lost goods or objects of the guests.

 

PET POLICY

Regular pets are welcome with the proper documentation but their owner/guest is fully responsible for any possible damage caused by their pet to the facilities or any third party.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY

At check-in, guest must pay a deposit for the amount of €150 in cash to cover for any incidentals. This amount will be returned within one week after the guest’s departure if the guest’s apart is clear of any damage according to the inspection  by the LPA management.

 

DAMAGE POLICY

Any damage discovered in any guest room will be charged against the incidental fee deposit without prejudice to any claims by the LPA for any exceeding loss or damage.

 

 

SMOKE-FREE POLICY

The LPA is a 100% smoke-free facility aside from the designated areas.

 

 

OCCUPANCY POLICY

An extra-person charge of 20€ per night (in addition to the regular apart rate) will apply to reservations where the number of guests in the room is greater than the number indicated in the initial reservation confirmation e-mail by the LPA management. Guests of guests are allowed to spend the night only up to the maximum number of occupants allowed for the respective apart, and only by paying the 20€ per person per night fee.

 

 

GENERAL POLICY

The LPA has a zero tolerance policy by which it will refuse to admit or immediately cease service or accommodation in its facility or may remove any person who, while on the premises of the aparts, acts in any intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy any property, or causes or threatens to cause any public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. The LPA may limit the number of people who may occupy a particular apart and will only allow duly registered guests to use its facilities. Any guest who causes any damage to the aparts, furniture or any other property of the LPA or other guests, shall be liable for all damages, including any loss of revenue or consequential damages of the LPA resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired or from having to indemnify any third parties.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 15 days before the check-in date, if later, no refunds.
